Bob, Ellis and Alissa, full of youthful enthusiasm, run the Flour and Bean bread stall. They sell all kinds of bread: including granary loaves and rolls, honey and spelt, sourdough, ciabatta, rye and walnut, as well as croissants and cakes. They aim to use fine quality East Anglian ingredients as much as possible.
